"I contacted Wolf Heating in the worst winter in 30 years when my unvented hot water cylinder began leaking into the kitchen ceiling and 3 other plumbers couldn't deal with such an awkward job. Andy responded promptly, made a competent assessment, returned when agreed, and completely solved the problem. He then did a more thorough service of my awkwardly placed central heating boiler than has ever been done by previous engineers. He gave an itemised very reasonable quote, stuck to the budget and patiently explained everything. He appears highly competent, solution orientated, as well as clearly very trustworthy and considerate. He was everything you hope for in a plumbing crisis and impressively the best plumber/heating engineer I have had in my 35 years as a property owner".
