"Wolf heating recently installed a new boiler in our house. The Wolf team (Andy and Torin) were professional, and friendly throughout and went the 'extra mile' (removed and replaced a newly installed storage cupboard to access pipes etc.) to complete an excellent job. For a number of reasons the installation was not straightforward but Wolf worked long hours to ensure we had our heating back as quickly as possible in the recent bad weather - this was important to us as we have a young baby in the house. From when they arrived (on time) to until completion they kept disruption and mess to a minimum, were friendly and helpful and I would recommend Wolf to others".

"Its been two weeks since you fitted our boiler and I'd like to tell you what a good job you have done.
A few comments:
1. The balancing of the system is really good - I'm not going to touch it!
2. You had left the place so tidy that it was difficult to find any trace of your work in all the rooms.
3. Even though its now covered up, its nice to see copper work that has been put in competently.
4. The system has only required a very small bleed since working.
5. You handled the problems with the flue and drain very well.
6. Most importantly, you didn't spring any hidden extras on us!
7. Good value for money.
Even though you live some distance away I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you".

"Andy has recently installed a replacement boiler in our late 30s home. He coped magnificently with every challenge the ancient pipe work threw at him. His knowledge, skill and attention to detail were most impressive, not to mention the pleasant manner in which he and his team worked so hard and conscientiously. "I contacted Wolf Heating in the worst winter in 30 years when my unvented hot water cylinder began leaking into the kitchen ceiling and 3 other plumbers couldn't deal with such an awkward job. Andy responded promptly, made a competent assessment, returned when agreed, and completely solved the problem. He then did a more thorough service of my awkwardly placed central heating boiler than has ever been done by previous engineers. He gave an itemised very reasonable quote, stuck to the budget and patiently explained everything. He appears highly competent, solution orientated, as well as clearly very trustworthy and considerate. He was everything you hope for in a plumbing crisis and impressively the best plumber/heating engineer I have had in my 35 years as a property owner".
